Is free shipping available?
Free shipping is available to the following countries for all orders of any amount: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States.
Free EMS shipping with a tracking number is available for all orders over USD250.Global shipping is available to most countries.
How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
Once payment is processed, we will begin the production process in Seoul, South Korea. Since pieces are made-to-order, there is a production time from the date of your purchase. Once your IN A PEACE jewelry gets shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For US orders, it should take about 13-15 business days for your order to arrive, assuming there are no delays at customs.
Where are the jewelry pieces made?
All the production takes place in Seoul, South Korea. Each IN A PEACE jewelry piece is handmade upon order and produced within a 5 mile radius of the artist’s studio in Seoul, ensuring that every IN A PEACE jewelry is in a perfect condition before arriving to you.
What kind of metal and stones are used in jewelry?
We only use 925 sterling silver, 14k for gold plating, and in most cases real gemstones like sapphires, amethyst, rubies, topaz, and occasionally cubic zirconia.
How long will gold plating last?
Depending on how jewelry is maintained, the period can vary. If gold plated pieces are well cared for, it can last up to two years. It is recommended not to shower or work out with pieces as the water may cause the gold to fade. As the 14k gold plating is done with the base metal of sterling silver, you can also enjoy the jewelry pieces in a different material even after the gold fades.
How can I keep sterling silver jewelry from tarnishing?
When sterling silver is in contact with oxygen, the color will eventually tarnish. The best way to prevent is by keeping jewelry pieces in air-locked bag. If your jewelry silver pieces are tarnished, you can use everyday household products like toothpaste and toothbrush to restore them. Apply toothpaste onto your jewelry piece, gently brush and rinse with water until the color comes back. You may have to repeat the process 2-3 times.
