EXCHANGES

No exchange is given for damage occurring due to normal wear and tear on jewelry. However, minor repairs on items will be offered free of charge for one year after the purchase date. In this case, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES

Once the shipment is sent, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We send a tracking number for your parcel when fulfilling your order; however, customers who may not have received their package due to their unavailability may contact the nearby post office, temporarily keeping your package. 


CUSTOMS

We will not be responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies, and it is not our obligation to inform customers of the actions of such agencies. Please check with your country’s customs office for extra charges (if any).

We will not issue a refund for returned packages for unclaimed packages nor refusal to pay the customs fee.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final. We cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified or canceled.

OTHER ISSUES
