Despite emotional and physical pain at the moment, Hannah would count 5 reasons to be thankful for. Once she counted 5 reasons, she would find another 5 reasons, and so forth. Gradually, Hannah started to see the manifestation of positive words in her life spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Eventually, she got her healing and lives free of depression and bipolar disorder.
