Rainbow at God's throne
I love looking at the sky, especially when I lived in Thailand, where I could see beautiful clouds of different shapes and shades. It was a guarantee that I would see amazing-looking clouds when I looked up to the sky.
One afternoon, I was gazing at the sky, thinking what it would be like to meet my Creator one day. Mesmerized by His creation in gratitude, I thought of meeting my Creator in heaven. That night I had a dream. I was standing and watching majestic, green-emerald northern lights. In real life, I have never seen one before. It's definitely on my bucket list. I thought it was pretty awesome that I saw that, at least in my dream, literally. And out of curiosity, I questioned the significance of the color "green emerald." Out of 7 varying colors of the Northern Lights, why this one? At first, I didn't think much of it, but it seemed like there would be more importance since it kept coming to my mind.
I actually drew my dream a while back because I wanted to visually remember what I saw. I promise you, it looked more majestic in my dream than what I drew.
Two weeks after I had the dream, I found something interesting by chance. I used to stay away from the Book of Revelations out of fear of dooming apocalypse until I had a vision of heaven. I felt lifted up in His love when I found this verse: "At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it. The one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and ruby. A rainbow that shone like an emerald encircled the throne." (Revelations 4:2-3)
So apparently, where God's throne is, there's a rainbow that radiates emerald! It's difficult to imagine what that would look like, but I'm sure it will certainly be glorious.
